1. Introduction

Welcome to Xirja! By using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.

2. User Obligations

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

3. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activities. Attempting to interfere with the operation of the app. Using the app to distribute spam or harmful content.

4. Account Requirements

Users may create an account using a username and password or opt to login with Apple or Google. Users must verify their email address during registration if using a username and password. Only one account per user is allowed.

5. Payment and Subscription

The app is free and does not currently include in-app purchases. In the future, users may have the option to pay for groceries through the app, with payments made directly to the respective supermarkets. Xirja receives compensation from the supermarkets.

6. Liability

Xirja is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Termination

Xirja reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms or any applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms

Xirja may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via the app or email.
